Appointments

Getthestylist.com offers daytime and evening sessions on weekends, depending on the required service. If you have a date in mind, please email or call us to find out our availability. To secure a convenient appointment time, booking at least two weeks in advance is recommended.

All appointments can be postponed up to 24 hours before the appointment is due to start. A future date can be rescheduled, although payments cannot be refunded. Payment is required upfront and in full to secure your preferred date.

When booking our Wardrobe Assessment and/or Personal Shopping service, the required session duration will be agreed upon before. Should this appointment be overrun due to circumstance or by request, an additional hourly rate of £60 will be charged.

Getthestylist.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change an appointment at any time.

 

Locations

Getthestylist.com is located in Royal Docklands, East London. We cover most areas within Greater London and we will consider other locations outside of this radius for an additional fee.

 

Travel

Travel in London by public transport will not incur any additional charges to the client. Personal shopping destinations will include the West End, Westfield London, Canary Wharf and Westfield Stratford. It may also be possible to shop outside the shopping areas mentioned above - please ask when enquiring.

Any additional travel cost will be agreed upon when you book your appointment. The additional travel cost is to be paid in cash on the day, directly after your session.

Your appointment slot will not be secured until you have received a booking confirmation email and your deposit payment has been received (see 'Payments' below).

 

Payments

We accept payment through PayPal or via Electronic Bank Transfer.

All appointment bookings require a non-refundable 20% deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid one week before the session.

 

Cancellations

If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please note that your booking deposit is non-refundable. However, at our discretion, if considerable notice is given then this may be waived.

 

New clients questionnaire

To help you focus on exactly what you want to achieve in your session and ultimately ensure you get the most out of your time with us, please complete our new client's questionnaire form at least one week prior to your appointment which will also include a section on the acknowledgement and acceptance of our terms and conditions.
