Before our sessions, we will have an initial consultation either through Zoom or over the phone where we will discuss your needs. To prepare for our meeting, please fill out the new client questionnaire which will help guide our conversation. Our goal is to work together to achieve realistic and expected outcomes based on your needs.
After our session, I will provide an aftercare service where you will receive a mini-summary booklet outlining the key takeaways from our meeting. This summary will serve as a helpful reference for you to keep for future use.
